While we do not, there are a few options. The South Tahoe Airporter is the most economical way and our shuttle can pick you up from the casino where they’ll drop you off. We also partner with a private, professional driver that we’re happy to arrange for you. Taking an Uber from the airport is usually easier than getting an Uber back down to the airport and we recommend arranging for a cab instead, especially for those early morning flights.

We are absolutely dog friendly and love what pets bring to your special celebration. After all, they are family. We allow up to two dogs up to 35 lbs each or one up to 70 lbs for an additional fee.

A 25% deposit of your estimated wedding cost is due upon booking to confirm and guarantee your wedding date. A second deposit of 25% is due approximately halfway between your booking date and the wedding date. Your final payment is due and payable 30 days prior to the wedding and is based on your final guarantee and food and beverage minimum.

• ​​​Make recommendations for Special Event Professionals to include wedding coordination, entertainment, floral, photography, ceremony officiate and amenities.
• Act as a menu consultant for all food and beverage selections.
• Detail your Banquet Event Orders and Wedding Resume outlining your entire event.
• Create an estimate of charges outlining your financial commitments and deposit schedule.
• Create a floor plan of your venue space, so you can provide seating arrangements.
• Oversee the ceremony and reception room(s) set-up, food preparation and other hotel operations.
• Ensure a seamless transition to the hotel’s Banquet Manager once the Grand Entrance has occurred.
• Review your banquet checks for accuracy, prior to the completion of the final bill.
• We will not collect any personal items you may have brought at the conclusion of the reception.
