Maintain complete knowledge of:
All Resort features/services and hours of operation
All Spa services, hours of operation, and retail products.
Spa programs and hours
All Spa rates, special packages and promotions.
The daily treatment / fitness schedules and to keep the Therapy and Fitness teams updated with any changes throughout the day.
Local events, attractions, holiday schedules.
Resort extension numbers.
Food & Beverage outlets, hours of operation, cuisine, ambience, dress code, menu selections and price range.
Balance scheduled appointments daily.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT
Bartender (Experience a must)
Greet customers, give them menus, and inform them about daily specials
Take drink orders from customers
Pour wine and serve draft and bottled beer and other drinks and beverages
Mix drinks according to recipes
Check identification of customers, to ensure that they are of legal drinking age
Clean bars, tables, and work areas
Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
Manage bar operation and order and maintain liquor and bar supplies
Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
Provide guests with menus and Restaurant amenities, such as newspaper.
Assign guests to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings.
Servers (6:30am-3pm, or 4pm-11:30pm)
Maintain complete knowledge of all services related to the Company.
Maintain confidentiality of any and all proprietary information as required by the Company.
Meet with supervisor to review assignments, anticipate business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance.
Server Assistants (6:30am-3pm)
Examine trays to ensure that they contain required items.
Load trays with accessories such as eating utensils, napkins, or condiments.
Polish dishes, kitchen utensils and equipment.
Place food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions.
Stack dishes for return to stewarding after meals are finished.
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition, as directed by culinary management.
Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
Guest Room Attendant
Clean and maintain Hotel rooms at established quality standards.
Follow all departmental and safety procedures.
Promote positive guest relations and promptly attend to our guests needs.
Report any maintenance issues they observe.
To maintain a clean and well organized work area, i.e. linen room, maid cart, etc.
Turn in all Lost and Found according to established procedures
Checks front office accounting records for accuracy and on a daily basis summarizes and compiles information for the hotel’s financial records.
Tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics.
Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities reflecting the hotel’s financial performance for the day. Performs Front Desk Agent task as well.
Bellman/Valet (PT morning shifts)
Driving vehicle to a specific spot in valet parking lot, securing and noting the space the vehicle is parked on valet tag and log; returning the tag and keys to valet key booth.
Driving vehicle to and from parked area, securing the vehicle and noting specific information on the ticket.
Greeting all guests upon arrival, opening doors, explaining valet procedures and pricing, asking guests if they need directions and performing access control responsibilities for the valet area.
