Performs minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment.
Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis.
Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; paints building structures.
Performs massage therapy techniques to control pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation in a Five-Star day spa facility.
Obtains the basic medical history for a client, assesses any problems or conditions, and suggests appropriate massage techniques based on current health of client.
Be knowledgeable on services and products available in the spa in order to make recommendations to clients as appropriate.
Requires certification as a licensed massage therapist.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT
Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
Provide guests with menus and Restaurant amenities, such as newspaper.
Assign guests to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings.
Greet customers, give them menus, and inform them about daily specials
Take drink orders from customers
Pour wine and serve draft and bottled beer and other drinks and beverages
Mix drinks according to recipes
Check identification of customers, to ensure that they are of legal drinking age
Clean bars, tables, and work areas
Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
Manage bar operation and order and maintain liquor and bar supplies
Guest Room Attendant
Clean and maintain Hotel rooms at established quality standards.
Follow all departmental and safety procedures.
Promote positive guest relations and promptly attend to our guests needs.
Report any maintenance issues they observe.
To maintain a clean and well organized work area, i.e. linen room, maid cart, etc.
Turn in all Lost and Found according to established procedures
Audits the daily revenue center cash drops and prepares the bank deposits. Maintains correspondence with department heads to solve cash drop discrepancies.
Audits the Food and Beverage server tip transfers in TipsSender and adjusts entries as needed. Maintains the Server Close-Out Cash Drop spreadsheet.
Assists with the maintenance of petty cash and makes change for the revenue centers as needed. Makes bank runs to complete bank deposits and make change for petty cash.
Assists in charge back inquiries and guest credit card charge inquiries.
Assist with daily revenue journal entries.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks including mail correspondence, copies, scans, faxes, filing, data entry, and purchase orders as needed.
