SPA


Massage Therapist

Maintain complete knowledge of:

  • All Resort features/services and hours of operation
  • All Spa services, hours of operation, and retail products.
  • Spa programs and hours
  • All Spa rates, special packages and promotions.
  • The daily treatment / fitness schedules and to keep the Therapy and Fitness teams updated with any changes throughout the day.
  • Local events, attractions, holiday schedules.
  • Resort extension numbers.
  • Food & Beverage outlets, hours of operation, cuisine, ambience, dress code, menu selections and price range.
  • Perform massage therapy & body treatments in accordance with spa procedures.


Licensed Esthetician

Maintain complete knowledge of:

  • All Resort features/services and hours of operation
  • All Spa services, hours of operation, and retail products.
  • Spa programs and hours
  • All Spa rates, special packages and promotions.
  • The daily treatment / fitness schedules and to keep the Therapy and Fitness teams updated with any changes throughout the day.
  • Local events, attractions, holiday schedules.
  • Resort extension numbers.
  • Food & Beverage outlets, hours of operation, cuisine, ambience, dress code, menu selections and price range.
  • Perform massage therapy & body treatments in accordance with spa procedures

 


FRONT DESK


Front Desk Agent

  • Direct activities in front desk and Guest Service areas in absence of Front Office Supervisor
  • Assists in training of new staff members in these areas
  • Completes and transmits daily reservation reports
  • Attends BEO meetings for upcoming events
  • Assist Sales & Wedding Teams with bookings for groups
  • Reading and helping to execute group contracts
  • Pre Blocking and entering rooming list

 


FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT


Host/ess (PM)

  • Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
  • Provide guests with menus and Restaurant amenities, such as newspaper.
  • Assign guests to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings.


Server (MORNING & PM)

  • Organize all of the various prep items needed from different areas to ensure all items are in place and ready for service.
  • Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to make conversation.
  • Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and guests’ concerns are addressed.
