SPA

Massage Therapist

Maintain complete knowledge of:

All Resort features/services and hours of operation
All Spa services, hours of operation, and retail products.
Spa programs and hours
All Spa rates, special packages and promotions.
The daily treatment / fitness schedules and to keep the Therapy and Fitness teams updated with any changes throughout the day.
Local events, attractions, holiday schedules.
Resort extension numbers.
Food & Beverage outlets, hours of operation, cuisine, ambience, dress code, menu selections and price range.

Perform massage therapy & body treatments in accordance with spa procedures.

Massage Esthetician

Maintain complete knowledge of:

All Resort features/services and hours of operation
All Spa services, hours of operation, and retail products.
Spa programs and hours
All Spa rates, special packages and promotions.
The daily treatment / fitness schedules and to keep the Therapy and Fitness teams updated with any changes throughout the day.
Local events, attractions, holiday schedules.
Resort extension numbers.
Food & Beverage outlets, hours of operation, cuisine, ambience, dress code, menu selections and price range.

Receptionist

Maintain complete knowledge of:

The daily treatment / fitness schedules and to keep the Therapy and Fitness teams updated with any changes throughout the day.

Balance scheduled appointments daily. 

Monitor daily Spa appointment count and expected arrivals/departures (particularly V.I.P.s).

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT

Steward (Seasonal)

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition, as directed by culinary management.
Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.

Jimmy’s Restaurant Supervisor (AM)

Regular attendance at team meetings is mandatory.
Maintain a guest comment reader board and review with all staff.
Maintain and improve social media reviews.
Oversee payroll for service staff and maintain budgeted labor percentages as outlined in the budget.

Server (Seasonal)

Load trays with accessories such as eating utensils, napkins, or condiments.
Polish dishes, kitchen utensils and equipment.
Take food orders and relay orders to the kitchen so they can be filled.
Place food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions.
Monitor food preparation or serving techniques to ensure that proper procedures are followed.
Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to make conversation.

Front Desk

Front Desk Agent

Direct activities in front desk and Guest Service areas in absence of Front Office Supervisor
 Assists in training of new staff members in these areas
Completes and transmits daily reservation reports

Houseman

Vacuum hotel hallways each day.
Remove trash from Room Attendant carts and other areas.
Remove linen from Room Attendant carts and take to Laundry.
Perform guest deliveries in a timely manner.
Report any maintenance issues they observe.
Follow all departmental and safety procedures.
Promote positive guest relation and tend to our guest needs.
To maintain a clean and well organized work area, i.e. linen room, maid cart, etc.
Turn in all Lost and Found according to established procedures.
Help maintain cleanliness of guest areas, i.e. pick up dishes, trash as needed.
Deep cleaning projects as assigned.

ACCOUNTING

Assistant Controller

Responsible for managing operational data and ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Responsible for managing system hardware and software applications
Provide technical systems support to company owned locations and franchisees
Development of operational procedures and documentation of data flow
